Lisa Pana of Keaukaha Cuzins was named the most outstanding player in the 55th Haili Volleyball Tournament’s women’s masters division while leading her team to a 26-24, 23-18 win over Red Star in a time-limit match Saturday at Hilo Civic.

Lisa Pana of Keaukaha Cuzins was named the most outstanding player in the 55th Haili Volleyball Tournament’s women’s masters division while leading her team to a 26-24, 23-18 win over Red Star in a time-limit match Saturday at Hilo Civic.

Red Star’s Rhonda Pangelnan was chosen the women’s master’s division’s most valuable player. Pana and Pangelnan were joined on the all-stars by No Pressure’s Ketura Waiki, Red Star’s Dale Navalta and Elena Song, Pa’ahana’s Tina Kepa and Keaukaha Cuzins’ Tammy Spaar and April Pana.

Pana’s name was reported incorrectly in Sunday’s story on the Haili tournament.
